Your Generosity Makes a Difference

We responded in times of crisis.
We were able to respond to record number of increased food insecurity through our Emergency Food Pantry, Community Lunch, Street Outreach and Holiday Baskets Programs– thanks to you. 

We helped those facing homelessness. 

We helped hundreds of individuals prevent homelessness with our Homeless Prevention Program and respond to homelessness through our Rapid Rehousing Program– thanks to you. 

We supported people bridging on the trauma of homelessness.

We helped the hardest to reach the homeless through our Street Outreach, 1 Emergency Family Shelter, 2 men’s shelters and Code Blue Shelter– thanks to you. 

We helped people access the tools they need for success.
Without access to reliable internet and digital devices and case management, vulnerable households cannot reach their full potential, and this year, we helped individuals with our onsite computers, fax, phones, showers and clothing obtain employment applications, resumes, and access  programs like SNAP (food stamps), Medicaid, Medicare, Social Security, ID’s,  addiction and mental health referrals and placements, etc.

As we reflect on these accomplishments, we also recognize the persistent challenges we face. Poverty remains a complex issue, affecting the lives of thousands across the region. Your support is essential to expanding our efforts and is a light of hope for those facing hardship.  Every donation is an investment in someone’s future and no donation is to small.  We had a special donor give a special donation of $20,000 matching gift. 

Together, we can empower a future where every individual has the opportunity to thrive and reach their full potential.
